About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a trusted partner to the CEO and a critical enabler of executive effectiveness across LNG Canada.

This role goes well beyond calendar management and administrative coordination. The Executive Assistant acts as a strategic coordinator, relationship manager and operational integrator, ensuring the CEO's time, attention,communicationsand stakeholder interactions are aligned with business priorities and organizationalobjectives.

The role is at the center of LNG Canada's executive ecosystem, interacting regularly with senior leaders, Joint Venture governance representatives, external stakeholders, Indigenous partners, government representatives, industry organizations,vendorsand community partners. The Executive Assistantrepresentsthe Office of the CEO with professionalism, discretion, soundjudgementand a deep understanding of LNG Canada's business priorities.

You will use your expertise to:

ExecutiveSupport

  • Manage and optimize the CEO's priorities, schedule,traveland commitments to maximize executive effectiveness.
  • Prepare briefing materials, background information, meeting packages,presentationsand stakeholder dossiers.
  • Monitor emerging issues, keydeadlinesand commitments requiring CEO awareness or action.


Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships across LNG Canada's executive team and broader organization.
  • Connect with, build trust and nurture strong working relationships with peers and office-of-executive contacts across Joint Venture participants, shareholders, governments, industry partners, and other companies with whom LNG Canada does business.
  • Foster positive and professional interactions with Joint Venture participants, Board representatives, government officials, Indigenous Nations, community representatives, industrygroupsand external partners.
  • Manage sensitive communications with professionalism,diplomacyand discretion.
  • Ensure stakeholders experience a professional,coordinatedand responsive interface with the Office of the CEO.


Communications & Executive Presence

  • Coordinate executive communications and support consistency of messaging across stakeholder groups.
  • Review,formatand prepare correspondence, presentations,reportsand speaking materials.
  • Helpmaintaina high standard of professionalism,qualityand attention to detail in all communications originating from the Office of the CEO.
  • Support preparations for external speaking engagements, industry participation, communityeventsand stakeholder meetings.


Coordination & Business Operations

  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel,accommodationsand eventlogistics.
  • Support procurement, expense management, recordscoordinationand administrative processes asrequired.
  • Identifyopportunities to improve executive support processes,efficiencyand operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a dependable point of coordination during business-critical events and periods of heightened organizational activity.


To be successful, you will have:

Experience

  • 10-15 years of experiencesupporting senior executives in a complex corporate environment.
  • Experience working with executive leadership teams, Boards, governanceforumsor senior stakeholder groups.
  • Previous experience supporting a CEO, President, or equivalent C-suite executive would be considered a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating high-profile meetings,eventsand executive engagements.

  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada (i.e., by way of Canadian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit)
  • Maintain availability during core business hours, with flexibility to provide reasonable out-of-hours support to the CEO when business needs require it, including during travel, evening or weekend commitments, and time-sensitive executive matters.
