The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

This role will be based in Mountain View, CA

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to senior leaders. You will be responsible for skillfully interacting with management within and outside of the company, comfortably communicating with customers, vendors and visitors and flawlessly handling confidential and critical details. You will also be responsible for anticipating the needs of multiple managers and flexibly accommodating work schedules.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including scheduling, logistics, agenda preparation, note-taking, and tracking action items.
  • Manage complex calendars for multiple senior leaders, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and protecting time for key priorities.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Plan, organize, and execute logistics for team meetings, all-hands, off-sites, and other special events.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports and purchase requisitions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with monitoring and tracking team budgets, ensuring alignment with established guidelines.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives, as assigned by leadership.
  • Maintain and manage email distribution lists, aliases, and other team communication tools.
  • Partner with Workplace Services and cross-functional teams to coordinate office logistics, facilities requests, and workspace needs.
  • Serve as a trusted administrative partner by anticipating team needs, improving operational processes, and ensuring seamless day-to-day support.


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, office management, or operations experience supporting leaders or teams.
  • Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and/or international arrangements.
  • Experience preparing expense reports and handling administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a high-growth or technology company.
  • Experience coordinating large team meetings, all-hands, off-sites, or other cross-functional events.
  • Familiarity with budget tracking, purchase requisitions, and expense management processes.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Workplace Services, Finance, HR, or IT.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of improving administrative processes and driving operational efficiency.
  • Experience working with calendar management, travel booking, and expense management tools

The pay range for this role is $77,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
