Our Pratt Whitney Global Digital Technology team is seeking a highly experienced, highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant - Chief Digital Office.

This is an onsite based opportunity located at our East Hartford, Connecticut campus location.

What You Will Do:

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Digital Office (CDO) leadership team, including senior executives and key leaders across the organization.

In this fast-paced, highly visible environment, you will play a critical role in enabling the leadership team to operate effectively by anticipating needs, managing priorities, coordinating complex activities, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.

This is a highly collaborative, executive-facing role that requires a strong onsite presence. The successful candidate will work onsite five (5) days per week and will serve as a trusted, visible partner to the Chief Digital Office leadership team, employees, and internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with a high degree of independence. You anticipate needs before they become issues, exercise sound judgment with confidential information, and are able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment where priorities can change frequently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Digital Office leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, communications, and day-to-day administrative activities.

- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings, video and audio conferencing, meeting locations, agendas, and required logistics.

- Maintain a strong understanding of executive priorities, business activities, and organizational commitments to anticipate scheduling and operational needs.

- Proactively prepare executives for upcoming meetings and events by ensuring appropriate materials, agendas, logistics, and advance notice are in place.

- Coordinate real-time calendar adjustments, competing priorities, and scheduling conflicts in partnership with executive assistants and leaders across the organization.

- Serve as a professional and trusted point of contact for the Chief Digital Office, interacting effectively with senior executives, employees at all levels, customers, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and scheduling requests, exercising sound judgment to determine priority, maintain confidentiality, and route items appropriately.

- Support the day-to-day onsite operations of the Chief Digital Office, including meeting spaces, supplies, communications materials, and other administrative requirements.

- Coordinate executive meetings, leadership events, customer and partner visits, including room setup, technology requirements, catering, materials, and other onsite logistics.

- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, working with appropriate internal partners and security/travel resources as required.

- Prepare, process, and track expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

- Maintain organizational charts, distribution lists, contact information, and other departmental records and materials.

- Prepare, format, and coordinate executive presentations, briefing materials, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office 365.

- Partner closely with leaders and administrative teams across Digital, Operations, Engineering, Programs, Quality, and other functions to ensure effective communication, coordination, and administrative coverage.

- Support customers, partners, suppliers, and executive visits and events in collaboration with appropriate business and event teams.

- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, implement more efficient ways of working, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the Chief Digital Office.

- Maintain a professional and welcoming onsite presence, helping foster an organized, responsive, and collaborative environment for the Chief Digital Office leadership team.

Qualifications You Must Have:

- Associate's degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant administrative, executive support, or business support experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a fast-paced, complex organization.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of an organization.

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work onsite five (5) days per week in support of the Chief Digital Office leadership team.

Qualifications We Prefer:

- Experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership in a large, complex organization.

- Experience supporting multiple executives or a leadership team with competing priorities.

- Strong executive presence, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.

- Highly proactive and self-directed, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they become problems.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and remain agile as priorities and business needs evolve.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, collaborative, can-do attitude.

- Experience coordinating executive meetings, leadership events, customer visits, and other high-visibility activities.

- Ability to build strong working relationships across functions and collaborate effectively with other executive assistants and administrative professionals.

The salary range for this role is 60,000 USD - 114,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
