EW Planner, Senior
The Opportunity: As an Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Planner, you will shape how forces understand, protect, and dominate the electromagnetic spectrum across the theater. You will assess the electromagnetic environment to uncover patterns in spectrum usage, identify congestion, and detect unauthorized or hostile activity that could jeopardize operations. In this role, you will develop spectrum management plans that balance operational demands with regulatory and technical constraints, ensuring commanders have reliable and resilient access to critical RF and EMS resources. You will collaborate with EW units and intelligence partners to design and integrate EW tactics and techniques that exploit adversary vulnerabilities and enhance friendly spectrum superiority. You will also prepare contingency plans for jamming events, electromagnetic pulse disruptions, and cyber threats targeting EMS infrastructure, ensuring forces can maintain freedom of action in contested environments. Join us to drive the planning, synchronization, and protection of EMS capabilities that give operational commanders decision advantage when it matters most. Grow your career with us as you help solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems.

- Knowledge of joint operational planning processes and the integration of EW effects into operational planning
- Ability to analyze complex EMS data sets to identify trends, vulnerabilities, and operational risk indicators
- Ability to develop contingency procedures for EMS disruptions, including jamming, electromagnetic pulse (EMP) events, or cyber-attacks against EMS infrastructure
- TS/SCI clearance
- Master's degree and 10+ years of experience with Joint Service planning or Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience with Joint Service planning
