Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Center of Excellence for Sales, SalesOps, and Product business processes
- Support the System Operations leader in leading the current state evaluation of our subsidiary businesses and lead process and systems documentation efforts
- Support the System Operations leader in developing the project scope to professionalize operations into a central tech-stack, contributing ideas and proposing solutions
- Own your project action items and support our Project Managers in maintaining detailed project plans for each transformation effort
- Co-author technical documentation, administrative best practices, and frameworks for implementing and maintaining those best practices across the portfolio in JIRA and Confluence
- Drive the data migration exercises for subsidiaries moving from one platform to another within these consolidation projects
- Provide administrative support and development bandwidth across varying platforms in the following categories:
- CRMs (Salesforce Sales Cloud, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
- Sales Enablement solutions (Salesforce HVS, SalesLoft, Outreach, InsideSales, etc.)
- eSignature (Docusign, Conga, etc.)
- Support Platforms (SFDC Service Cloud, SFDC Experience Cloud, Zendesk, etc.)
- Project Management (TaskRay, Asana, etc.)
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
- Experience creating process flows, user stories, use cases, or functional specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment where priorities are shared across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with change management and user adoption best practices.
- Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, or requirements gathering sessions.
- Worked in an agile environment or with software development products like JIRA and their equivalent or would like to learn how to
Where: US Remote
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States– if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $100,000 to $110,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
