Location: Miami FL ( 100% on-site)

This hands-on role demands deep engagement in our clients' stories, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage execution across multiple touchpoints and mediums. You will thrive in a client-centric environment, building strong relationships and adapting effortlessly to various levels of seniority. As part of a global agency, you will navigate the complexities of multinational initiatives, ensuring appropriate local adaptation and seamless delivery across different time zones.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead specific communications programs and projects, specializing in areas such as live and virtual events, leadership meetings, exhibitions (including design, content, multimedia, and technology), digital content, and 360-degree brand campaigns.
* Oversee the development of content and manage creative execution to ensure consistent, targeted, and impactful messaging across all platforms.
* Cultivate and maintain robust partnerships with assigned internal clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
* Collaborate closely with internal studio teams, including graphic design, presentation design, digital, copy, video production, and post-production, to bring creative visions to fruition.
* Conduct thorough research to understand key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors influencing programs.
* Lead onsite and virtual events from initial planning stages through to successful execution.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Minimum of 9-12 years of practical experience in a creative events role, demonstrating expertise as a producer across multiple projects and in one or more of the specialty areas outlined.
* Proven track record in project delivery, effectively balancing time, cost, and quality, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate and coordinate extended teams, including full-time and freelance/part-time members, to ensure timely project delivery.
* Exceptional client management skills, with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities (both oral and written).
* Strong project management acumen, including excellent organizational, planning, and coordination skills, with the capacity to multi-task and re-prioritize effectively while managing multiple simultaneous projects.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* A degree in Event Management, Communications, or a similar field.
