- Brand Networking & Outreach - Build and nurture relationships across our client and prospect base, representing AlphaLife Sciences in person and creating meaningful touchpoints that support our growing sales effort.
- Community Building & City Hubs - Turn our loyal customer base into a true community by developing city-based hubs and creating spaces (physical and virtual) where clients and prospects can engage with the brand organically.
- Client-Facing Representation - Be comfortable and credible in the field meeting clients, attending events, and representing the brand in person, with a genuine interest in understanding our clients and their needs.
- Event Storytelling - Capture the moments and outcomes from our events and community to feed compelling narratives and case studies that build credibility and attract new clients.
Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in event marketing, field marketing, or brand/community management, ideally in B2B, life sciences, pharma, or enterprise technology
- A track record of planning and executing successful events and conferences
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with comfort representing a brand in person
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and logistics simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in life sciences and/or AI, and the ability to speak credibly about the brand with clients
- Willingness to travel regularly for events, conferences, and community building
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field
