Full Job Description
Evening Nurse Supervisor - RN or LPN | ANRC
$96,000 - $104,000/annually, based on experience and licensure
Full-Time | 40hrs per week
Shifts Available:
3:00PM - 11:00PM, on-call every 5th weekend

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
  • Ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care and compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state and federal long-term care regulations.
  • Supervise, lead, and support nursing staff by coordinating daily assignments, providing clinical direction and guidance, monitoring staff performance, and promoting teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
  • Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, responding appropriately to clinical needs and collaborating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
  • Ensure safe and accurate medication administration, clinical documentation, and infection prevention practices, while maintaining compliance with applicable skilled nursing and long-term care standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to resident care needs, emergencies, and concerns, addressing questions or issues raised by residents, families, and staff in a timely and compassionate manner while supporting quality improvement efforts that promote positive resident outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.

Qualifications for Success:
  • Active, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
  • 2+ years prior experience in a clinical supervisor or leadership role
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols in a skilled nursing or similar healthcare setting.
  • Current CPR certifications, including BLS and ACLS.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written
