Licensed Mental Health IOP Therapist (Remote) - Concerted Care Group (Full time or Part Time) What You'll Do As a Mental Health IOP Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care-building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You'll lead Mental Health IOP Groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative and integrated behavioral health model.
Clinical Responsibilities Include: - Remote: Schedule Monday Through Friday 3PM - 9PM
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
- Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
- Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely

Required Qualifications: - Comfortable working in a remote capacity
- Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Active independent licensure:
LCSW, LMSW LCPC, LGPC
- Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care
EMDR experience is preferred
- Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth
- The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adolescents and adults.
Compensation & Schedule Salary Range: The pay for this position is up to $100,000 annually
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups and individual sessions.
Total Compensation: With consistent census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is expected to range from $70,000-$100,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on engagement.
