Qualifications

• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Qualification in project management (PMI certification preferred)
• 3-5 years experience in Project Management
• Direct multicultural project management experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Knowledge of Engine & Transmission processes preferred
• Basic engineering background beneficial (e.g., FMEA, Ergonomics, PLM tools)
• Available for travel

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial kick-off to final customer testing
• Oversee project timing, margins, and quality supervision
• Act as primary customer contact throughout project lifecycle
• Develop and manage project work breakdown structure and timelines
• Allocate resources effectively by collaborating with function managers
• Select and manage suppliers with purchasing department
• Coordinate project interface issues within organizational matrix
• Leverage lessons learned from prior projects to enhance ongoing efforts
• Define 'Make and Buy' strategy for project offerings
• Implement risk recovery actions identified during proposal and project phases
• Compile closing reports including lessons and optimization opportunities
• Evaluate project team member performance upon project closure
• Support the long-term growth of local business and organization
• Advanced sales strategies for metal cutting projects when needed
• Ensure adherence to EHS regulations and processes on-site
