Full Job Description
This combined role integrates responsibilities from both the Account Executive and Enterprise Sales Executive positions to support EV Connect's growth across mid-market, municipal, and large enterprise segments. The role focuses on prospecting, pipeline development, complex solution selling, and closing new business while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver EV Connect's full suite of EV charging solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Analyze market opportunities and target specific segments.
  • Drive outbound prospecting, including coordinated campaigns.
  • Qualify leads with access to grants/subsidies.
  • Engage key sustainability decision-makers.
  • Deliver tailored presentations.
  • Manage multi-product sales cycles including software, hardware, and services.
  • Apply consultative/value-based selling.
  • Track all activities and opportunities in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Attend industry events and trade shows.
  • Build and manage pipeline across 3-9 month cycles.
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Develop enterprise account plans and navigate complex decision processes.
  • Collaborate internally to support demos, proposals, and customer success.
  • Engage Schneider Electric strategic accounts.
  • Stay current on EV and sustainability industry trends.

Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years professional sales experience; enterprise sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience with greenfield prospecting.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 133,600 - USD 200,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
