Position Description:

Leads complex compliance initiatives, conducting investigations and providing subject-matter expertise. Works with significant independence and cross-functional influence.

Essential Job Tasks:

  • Lead the enterprise-wide inventory of compliance-required functions.
  • Co-develops the compliance monitoring program, including methodologies and reporting.
  • Oversees the policy management program.
  • Leads enhancements to the COI program, including integration into the unified Code of Conduct.
  • Conducts or leads ethics investigations, including sensitive cases.
  • Prepares high-level reports for leadership and governance bodies.
  • Serves as a core member of the GRC implementation team.


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field + 2 years experience in compliance, legal, audit, or related field required.
  • Must have experience coordinating policy reviews or compliance workflows.
  • Experience supporting investigations or compliance assessments preferred.
  • Experience with compliance systems or document management tools is beneficial.


Compensation Information:
$67,720 - $105,210 (min. - mid.)

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, and qualifications.
