KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESAs a Senior Estimator, you'll play a key role in shaping successful bids and proposals by:
- Reviewing bid documents and defining project scope and strategy
- Leading material take-offs, cost modeling, and bill of materials preparation
- Coordinating RFQs and integrating vendor pricing
- Identifying risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities through RFIs and document markups
- Collaborating with Sales, Managers, Design, Engineering, and Preconstruction teams
- Preparing scopes of work, redlined specifications/exhibits, and quotation letters
- Participating in pre-close and final close reviews with leadership
- Supporting preliminary construction schedules and smooth handoff to post-award teams
EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- 5+ years experience in façade estimating, particularly unitized curtain wall systems
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple scopes and deadlines
- Confidence reviewing complex bid documents and specifications
- Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
- Proficiency with cost models, take-offs, and digital markups (Bluebeam required)
- College Diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
Salary Range$85,000 - $95,000 Annually
