Job Description: We are seeking a Director for our Esthetics Department that is a Licensed Esthetician; results driven, goal oriented with weekend availability and a desire for advanced esthetics and training! Our ideal candidate is a team player, detail oriented and a leader. They have the ability to collaborate with management and vendor representatives to coach and support others on the team.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Train and collaborate with the Estheticians to meet and exceed sales goals
- Manage stock and inventory
- Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
- Create excellent experiences for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
- Flexibility with training hours
- Meet our company requirements for ELITE status within 90 days of employment
Job Requirements:- Strong retail and in-room upgrade record

- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians

Compensation: $40.00 - $143.00 per hour
