Carolina Family Estate Planning is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in crafting personalized estate plans that ensure our clients' wishes are met and their loved ones are protected.

Responsibilities:

Draft and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.

Advise clients on tax minimization strategies and asset protection.

Conduct client meetings to understand their unique needs and goals.

Effectively communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.

Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in estate planning law.

Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications:

You are a licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
