Full Job Description
What you'll do

Draft trusts, wills, and advanced estate planning documents for attorney review. Manage your own case files, deadlines, and docketing from intake through execution. Communicate directly with clients to gather information and keep them informed. Handle e-filing, notarization, scheduling, and the administrative work that keeps matters moving. Participate in weekly case management meetings and collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff.

What we're looking for

You bring 5+ years of Florida estate planning experience and a track record of drafting trusts independently - not just assembling forms. You're highly organized, communicate clearly, and manage your time without needing to be chased. You're proficient with Wealth Counsel and/or Westlaw Form Builder, and comfortable in Clio Manage or similar case management platforms.

Strongly preferred: Paralegal certification or advanced education, and bilingual (English/Spanish) ability.

What we offer
  • $36.00-$48.00/hour, commensurate with experience
  • Health insurance, retirement plan, and generous PTO
  • Paid holidays and CLE/training support
  • Annual all-expenses-paid firm trip (post-eligibility)
  • A collaborative, multi-office Florida firm with a genuine commitment to work-life balance
