In this role, you meet only with prepared, pre-qualified clients, while our team handles everything before and after the consultation so you can focus on high-value legal work.
What you'll do- Provide estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid/special needs planning, and business formation services.
- Review pre-collected intake documents and conduct thorough client meetings.
- Deliver practical, personalized legal strategies supported by a dedicated back-office team.

Ideal attorney- Active bar license in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
- 3+ years of estate planning experience, including Medicaid asset protection.
- Comfortable managing cases independently and conducting virtual consultations.
- Tax planning, business formation, and special needs planning experience are a plus; bilingual ability is valued.
