SE&TC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Depot Lead for the ESSM program, to lead day-to-day operations within our repair, overhaul, and recertification depot. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all depot activities, ensuring on time delivery, quality compliance, and efficient resource utilization. The Depot Lead will collaborate closely with Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to support contractual requirements and customer commitments.

What You Will Do:
  • Manage, report, and consolidate various data points to track trends that inform leadership of Sustainment activity
  • Develop and maintain schedules, priorities, and workflows to meet program deliverables
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations on troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and driving process improvements
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance depot productivity and reduce cycle time
  • Serve as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the ESSM Depot contract; develop, track, and manage program budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for Program Reviews, external customer meetings, and team status updates
  • Prepare and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items as required
  • Conduct risk and opportunity analysis and manage associated actions
  • Provide productivity updates and status inputs for Monthly Business Reviews and metric reporting

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
  • Experience with budgets, program financials, and/or customer contracts, including Earned Value (EV) management and/or the Estimates at Completion (EAC) process.
  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Knowledge of Contracts and contract requirements and/or Finance to discuss and review customer agreements
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to brief leadership, engage customers, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity, work across boundaries, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Contracts, Finance, and Mission Assurance.
  • Experience working with Global Trade Compliance and navigating export documentation requirements.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
