Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne 9.2 preferred)
• Strong functional knowledge across manufacturing, supply chain, or financial modules
• Experience with JD Edwards development tools (event rules, orchestrations, reporting)
• Background supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing or multi-site environment
• Experience with One View Reporting, BI Publisher, EDI, and SQL
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for JD Edwards
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for ERP and related business applications
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Configure and enhance JD Edwards, including event rules, orchestrations, and custom objects
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using One View Reporting, BI Publisher, and dashboards
• Support integrations with shop floor, inventory, and operational systems
• Lead and contribute to ERP-related projects including upgrades, migrations, and system enhancements
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and support SOX compliance requirements
• Act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders across multiple locations
