This role is intentionally designed for impact:
3 days per week in-clinic mentorship and practicing medicine and surgery
2 days focused on leadership, coaching, and doctor development
What You'll Do:
Practice high-quality medicine and surgery alongside our teamsSupport hospitals with flow, efficiency, and clinical excellenceCoach, mentor, and develop veterinarians across VUHelp shape medical standards, protocols, and initiativesPartner with leadership to drive growth, culture, and innovationPlay an active role in recruitment, retention, and team development
