PROJECT MANAGER Pay Grade Salary Range Classification SB17 72, 987- 95, 201 Full Time Department: Location: Location Code: FT/ PT TRIBAL UTILITY UNDER SEC OF NATION Jenks 1304 Full Time COMPLETED EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION IS REQUIRED. General Summary: Under the supervision of Department Directors and Project Leads, the Project Manager oversees the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of assigned projects within the Tribal Utility Authority. The Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, cross- functional projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires strategic oversight and hands- on project execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. The position requires business acumen and must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, as well as strong communication and client service skills. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor design and development, establish goals and milestones for project packages, and generally monitor project development to ensure that it can be procured within budget and on schedule Managing multiple simultaneous projects with full responsibility for schedule, cost management, and quality of the completed project. Maintaining and enhancing a list of qualified contractors. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with project leads. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies. Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives. Maintain and enhance internal department policies. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Present project updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
