Intralox L.L.C. is seeking an Equipment Project Manager to support LCS Modernization Group within the Logistics and Material Handling sector. This role focuses on delivering technically sound and customer focused retrofits, upgrades, and refresh kit solutions for their existing ILOX systems using automated equipment technologies.
The Equipment Project Manager plays a key role during the qualification and quotation phases of retrofit and upgrade opportunities. The position partners closely with commercial teams, internal subject matter experts, and customer stakeholders to define scope, schedule, assess risk, develop cost estimates, and present well engineered solutions. This role may involve customer site visits, and in person collaboration.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
What You'll Do
• Partner with the commercial team to align the opportunity pipeline, establish priorities, and support opportunity development.
• Coordinate internal resources and establish effective support channels to ensure continuity throughout the process.
• Work with project management, engineering, and manufacturing teams after order placement to help track and communicate overall project milestones.
• Help define project timelines, assign responsibilities, and provide clear milestone tracking and status updates during the qualification and quotation phases.
• Identify and communicate gaps in scope, support, or alignment early to help mitigate project risk.
• Support the monthly SIOP process by applying a strong understanding of resource and capacity planning requirements for quoted Modernization work.
• Leverage a strong understanding of Intralox equipment capabilities and value propositions to support logistics and material handling applications.
• Collaborate with team members and customers to understand operational challenges and identify system optimization opportunities.
• Support customer visits, troubleshooting system, and training as needed, with up to 30% travel, including occasional weekends and international travel.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (BSME/ BSEE), or other related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing projects from pre-contract phase through execution.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing project costs, resource plans, and project schedules.
• Hands on experience with conveyance or automated material handling systems.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to drive a team of high performing teams to a common outcome.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to be hands-on.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in project management and/or the design and execution of automated material handling systems or equipment.
• Knowledge of MS Project and building project schedules
• PMP certification
• Proficiency with CAD tools.

The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans
Salary Range $62,700 to $167,700.
