Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Equipment Integrity Engineer to join our team in Atlantic City, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of critical equipment across our operations. You will apply your technical expertise to identify potential failures, develop preventive maintenance strategies, and drive continuous improvement in equipment performance and asset management.
    • Manages an equipment and technology life cycles (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement), draws up action plan for replacing old equipment.
    • Supervises functioning of complicated equipment, solves difficult problems.
    • Participates in new products equipment design and implementation.
    • Participates in New product introduction (NPI) stress testing.
    • Identifies, formulates and produces effective solutions to emerging problems.
    • Ensures operational equipment preventive maintenance and everyday functioning of the field, performs related database updating and data analysis.
    • Ensures that all relevant operations equipment (roulette wheels, shuffle machines etc.) is available, risk-safe and working. Evaluate equipment overall performance, reliability and safety.
    • Is responsible for ordering necessary equipment and materials. Considers various technological alternatives and chooses the most appropriate for the field based on strategic and plans.
    • Researches and consults top management about the purchase of very expensive/specific equipment. Defines actions, including possible delievery needs, extra documentation requirements, alternative procurement models etc.,draws up budget and timeline, ensures the budget and timeline compliance.
    • Cooperates with internal and external parties (suppliers, contract partners etc.)
    • Supports Equipment Unit globally, provides technical training for equipment specialists in all company locations and provideguidance how to improve equipment operations.
    • Completes required technical and regulatory documents.
    • Maybe responsible for performance of some specific administrative tasks.
    • Manages the work of junior engineers or technicians/technical documentation engineers.
    • Ensures projects are completed in time and within the specified budget.
    • Coordinates with other departments for operational and implementation tasks.
    • Regular status reporting to direct management.
    • Performs other duties, as asked by the direct manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related engineering field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years equivalent engineering experience
  • Ability to solve all technical and engineering problems, implement new technologies.
  • Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools.
  • Advanced computer competence and knowledge of the MS Office products and engineering tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge and technical skills required to design and operate our core equipment.
  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic, pro-active, self-starter
  • Must be presentable, willing to travel and work outside of normal office hours
