Key Responsibilities:

As an Epic Professional Billing PB Claims Analyst, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Epic Systems is required. Advanced proficiency in Epic Revenue Cycle is recommended.

• Execute assigned tasks with confidence while seeking guidance when necessary to ensure quality outcomes.
• Recognize and resolve common issues efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and improve team performance.
• Contribute ideas and insights during team discussions to enhance problem-solving approaches.
• Maintain a strong focus on learning and developing expertise within the project environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Epic Systems is required.
• Active Epic Professional Billing and Claims certification

Education:

• High School Diploma / GED
