Are you an experienced Epic leader who has successfully driven full-cycle implementations across complex hospital environments?

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Manager (Clinical) to lead enterprise-wide deployments across our national health system. You will drive end-to-end clinical application implementations, partner closely with clinical and executive leadership, and ensure successful adoption across complex care environments.This is a high-impact leadership role where yourexpertiseshapes how care is delivered across dozens of hospitals.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Epic Program Manager, the Epic Implementation Manager oversees Clinical applications, andis responsible formanaging all aspects of future Epic implementations at Primehospitals. The Implementation Manager will build relationships with hospital leadership to ensure corporate and local initiatives are incorporated into future implementations. After each go-live, the Implementation Manager will oversee a comprehensive handoff to the Production Support team, ensuring a successful transition of support for the hospital. The Implementation Manager will superviseperformanceof all analysts on their team, which iscomprisedof the applications in their domain Clinical.

In this role, you will serve as the driving force behind enterprise Clinical Epic implementations, leading hospitals through each phase of the journey; from early planning and workflow design to go-live and stabilization.As a leader,younot only deliver successful implementations, but also mentor and develop your team while building strong, lasting partnerships across the organization.

On any given day,youcollaborate with clinical and executive leaders to align system design with real-world care delivery, guide your team through build and testing milestones, and proactively navigate challenges to keep implementations on track.Yoube at the center of the action during go-live, ensuring teams are supported, workflows function as intended, and clinicians are set up for success.

Qualifications
  • Six (6) or more years of applicable work experience required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience working with electronic medical record required.
  • Experience leading an Epic implementation required.
  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.
  • Experience leading large teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $90,251.20 to $158,662.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
