Qualifications

• 3 years as an Epic Certified analyst plus 5 years in IS System Applications OR 7 years in healthcare or business operations.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years as a licensed health care professional, in business operations, or information systems.
• Ability to handle occasional pressure from multiple inquiries and interruptions, with some travel involved.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and proficient in oral and written communication.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for the role.
• Must possess EPIC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development of vision, solution designs, and implementation strategies for Epic systems.
• Evaluate technology and create effective workflow solutions, including analysis and testing of systems.
• Use project management methodologies to ensure efficient project completion and evaluate programming requests.
• Collaborate with team members to develop cost-effective technology specifications.
• Implement data-driven performance improvement strategies and consult on organizational issues.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and privacy in accordance with established policies.
