Full Job Description
Satori is seeking an experienced and motivated Environmental Project Manager to join our Remediation Division. This position is responsible for estimating, overseeing hazardous materials abatement projects, managing field personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining project budgets and scheduling.
  • Lead remediation project bidding efforts & assist with budgeting and post-project cost analysis
  • Provide technical expertise for proposals and project planning.
  • Coordinate daily field remediation operations and project activities.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within scope & budget.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, safety, and compliance.
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and other environmental and safety regulations to promote a safety-first culture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve field and project related issues.
  • Support, maintain and build client relationships.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, construction management or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years experience working with hazardous materials including asbestos, lead, mold and related contaminants.
  • 3+ years project management experience in environmental industry, to include remediation project estimating, oversight and closure.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership qualities and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software.
  • Flexibility to travel regionally as needed.
  • Preferred certifications: AHERA Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor, HAZWOPER 40 Hour, Lead trainings, AHERA Building Inspector
