THIS ROLE IS BASED IN GYPSUM, CO - RELOCATION OFFEREDAbout This RoleAs an Environmental Project Manager, you will lead and oversee sewer, drain, underground, and environmental service projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, and on budget while providing our field teams with the direction and support they need to deliver quality results. You'll manage both large and small projects, coordinating customers, field personnel, materials, equipment, and resources to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role that requires strong project management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a willingness to spend time in the field.
What You'll Do Here- Manage environmental projects from planning through final closeout
- Coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, resources, and field personnel to keep projects on track
- Lead and support field teams while maintaining accountability for quality and performance
- Conduct site walks, assess project conditions, and prepare teams for successful execution
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and customer expectations
- Communicate with customers, field teams, leadership, and other departments throughout the project
- Identify project issues, manage change orders, and develop solutions to keep work moving
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high standard of customer service
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have- Proven experience managing projects and people within environmental services, construction, skilled trades, plumbing, sewer and drain, underground utilities, HVAC, or home services
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project coordination skills
- Experience managing field teams and holding team members accountable
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and customer expectations
- Experience with sewer and drain, underground utilities, excavation, or environmental services
- Knowledge of CCTV sewer inspection, CIPP, SIPP, trenchless rehabilitation, pipe lining, or pipe bursting is a plus
- Willingness to work in the field, visit active jobsites, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle.
