Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EH&S or a related field or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in the industry.
• Strong understanding of EH&S regulations, particularly in Occupational Health & Safety for farming operations.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Effective team player with a creative approach to collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for training and interacting at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel up to one week per month; bilingual candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement policies, procedures, and training for EH&S compliance.
• Maintain EH&S programs at multiple locations including Trout Lake Farms and Milling Operations.
• Support EH&S activities across various teams in both manufacturing and agricultural contexts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, and more for EH&S program support.
• Assist in conducting EH&S training sessions for employees.
• Manage risks and ensure adherence to federal and state regulations in EH&S practices.
