As the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager, you will serve as a key leader in advancing Siemens Energy's vision of a world-class, Zero Harm culture. You will drive the integration of innovative safety, environmental stewardship, and risk management strategies across our manufacturing operations, empowering teams to embed EHS excellence into every aspect of the business.

In this role, you will partner closely with site leadership, operational teams, and the EQS organization to shape the future of workplace safety through data-driven decision making, proactive risk management, continuous improvement initiatives, and employee engagement. You will lead the development of sustainable EHS programs that not only ensure compliance but also foster a resilient, high-performing, and people-centered work environment.

As a trusted advisor and change agent, you will inspire a culture where safety, operational excellence, and environmental responsibility are viewed as competitive advantages that drive long-term business success.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Championing Siemens Energy's Zero Harm vision by fostering a proactive, accountable, and engagement-driven safety culture across the site
  • Leveraging risk-based thinking and predictive safety methodologies to identify emerging hazards and implementing preventative solutions that enhance resilience
  • Leading the development and continuous improvement of EHS systems, processes, and programs aligned with regulatory requirements and operational excellence
  • Partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and leadership teams to integrating EHS considerations into strategy, execution, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Driving incident investigations and root cause analysis while translating insights into sustainable corrective actions that prevent recurrence
  • Utilizing data analytics, performance metrics, and leading indicators to delivering actionable insights that inform decisions and advance EHS maturity


What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant EHS certifications and professional training demonstrating leadership in environmental, health, and safety practices.
  • 3 or more years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
  • Proven ability to implement and sustain behavioral-based safety and employee engagement programs that drive measurable cultural change.
  • Strong expertise in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and leverage data/technology to drive continuous improvement.
