Your Role
As a
New Lexus Sales Consultant, you will:
- Deliver a refined, consultative buying experience tailored to each guest
- Assist clients in selecting a new Lexus vehicle that fits their lifestyle and preferences
- Guide guests through the entire process-from introduction to delivery
- Demonstrate vehicle features through thoughtful, personalized presentations and test drives
- Build lasting relationships that lead to loyalty, repeat business, and referrals
- Maintain accurate records, follow-ups, and administrative responsibilities
- Continuously develop knowledge of new Lexus models, technology, and services

Qualifications- No automotive experience required - training provided

Compensation & Earning Potential- $50,000 - $150,000+ annually, based on performance
- Commission and performance-based incentives
