Full Job Description
You'll work leads from people who've already reached out asking about life insurance coverage - never cold calls, not once. Conversations happen over phone or Zoom, and your role is understanding a family's situation well enough to help them choose coverage that genuinely fits, using our network of more than 60 carrier partners rather than being boxed into one product.

What Support Looks Like Here

Full training starts you off with the fundamentals - what different types of life insurance actually cover, how to structure a client conversation, and how to answer the questions that come up honestly rather than with a rehearsed dodge. From there, you're paired with a mentor for live calls, and there's an ongoing support structure as you build your production.

Compensation, Laid Out

This is a commission-only role, uncapped - meaning your income has no ceiling built in. New agents typically average $800 to $1,200 per policy closed. Based on that:

  • Part-time agents land $50,000+ in their first year
  • Full-time agents land between $80,000 and $300,000+ in their first year

Pay is issued daily/weekly rather than on a delayed monthly cycle, and there are performance-based incentives on top of standard commission for agents hitting production milestones.

What You Need
  • U.S. residency
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • A Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one - we'll guide you through licensing if you don't already have it

The Bottom Line

If you're coachable, comfortable talking to people daily, and want a career where your paycheck actually reflects your effort instead of a fixed hourly rate, this is worth applying to. We're building our remote team now and reviewing applications on a rolling basis.
