Enterprise Sales Executive - Financial Services

About the Role:

We're looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business within the Financial Services sector. This is a true hunter role focused on landing net-new logos across large, complex organizations (5,000+ employees).

You'll own the full sales cycle: from prospecting through close, while engaging senior stakeholders and building strategic relationships that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy and expand our enterprise footprint.

Compensation & Benefits:

We are committed to transparent, performance-aligned compensation that reflects market benchmarks and rewards results.

  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 USD
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 - $280,000 USD at 100% quota attainment
  • Incentive Structure: Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential


Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
