Enterprise Sales Executive - Financial ServicesAbout the Role:
We're looking for a high-performing
Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business within the Financial Services sector. This is a true
hunter role focused on landing net-new logos across large, complex organizations (5,000+ employees).
You'll own the full sales cycle: from prospecting through close, while engaging senior stakeholders and building strategic relationships that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy and expand our enterprise footprint.
What You'll Do:
- Drive net-new logo acquisition across large Financial Services organizations
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting
- Engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close
- Develop compelling business cases and value propositions
- Execute strategic account plans within target organizations
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless sale-to-success handoff
- Provide market and competitive insights
What You Bring:
- Proven success in a hunter-style enterprise sales role with new logo wins
- Experience selling into large Financial Services clients (5,000+ employees)
- Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
- Background in complex B2B solutions (SaaS, HCM, compliance, etc.)
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, 6sense
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
We are committed to transparent, performance-aligned compensation that reflects market benchmarks and rewards results.
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 USD
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 - $280,000 USD at 100% quota attainment
- Incentive Structure: Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential
Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
