Full Job Description
The Human Resources Director serves as the senior workforce management leader responsible for the strategic planning, recruitment, retention, onboarding, workforce readiness, employee engagement, and personnel lifecycle management of a globally distributed workforce supporting mission-critical federal programs.

Partner with senior business leaders and executives to define and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, driving organizational performance and operational effectiveness.

  • Provide thought leadership on key HR initiatives, advising leadership on best practices related to workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Leverage data to guide talent and performance decisions, enhancing the organization's ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-impact HR team culture focused on delivering results and supporting the business's strategic goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR programs, policies, and practices to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Align with key HR stakeholder leaders to assess intersectionality of initiatives, address current and/or anticipated challenges, and maintain transparency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, influencing business decisions through a deep understanding of business operations, industry trends, and HR analytics, while also advising complex business issues.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and ensuring the team is aligned with business goals and equipped to execute HR initiatives effectively.
