Full Job Description
The Enterprise Project Manager drives cross-functional projects across Product Development, Operations, Manufacturing, and other strategic business initiatives. This role leads projects through the Product Development Process (PDP) as well as operational improvement and business transformation efforts. The position owns project planning, timelines, resource coordination, and execution, ensuring projects stay on track and all deliverables are completed on time.

Acting as the central point of coordination across Engineering, Operations, and supporting functions, this role drives accountability, removes barriers, manages risk, and maintains momentum to ensure successful project execution and business outcomes.

  • Develops and maintains detailed project plans, including milestones, resources, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring accountability and on-time execution.
  • Leads cross-functional project meetings, driving alignment on priorities, decisions, and next steps while identifying risks early and maintaining forward momentum.
  • Ensures disciplined execution of the PDP, with all required documentation and deliverables completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal standards, preventing gaps, rework, and downstream issues.
  • Manages the project portfolio and provides clear visibility to leadership, communicating project status, risks, priorities, and required decisions to support alignment and effective resource allocation.

  • Maintains a strong understanding of the Product Development Process (PDP) and ensures adherence across all projects.
