Enterprise Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives across the organization.

bridge between business strategy and technology execution. You'll translate high-level goals into actionable plans, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring programs deliver real business value.

Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end program delivery for multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives
- Translate business strategies into clear, actionable features and roadmaps
- Own and manage program backlogs, priorities, and timelines in an Agile environment
- Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure alignment
- Facilitate planning sessions, refinement meetings, and stakeholder discussions
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and scope changes
- Communicate program status, milestones, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
- Support Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement across teams
- Build strong relationships and influence outcomes across all levels of the organization
Qualifications- Insurance industry knowledge
- 7-10 years of experience in project/product management, business analysis, or related roles
- 5+ years working in an Agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Strong ability to communicate, facilitate, and influence across all levels of an organization
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience with tools like Rally or similar project management platforms
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or progressive experience in IT, financial services, or similar industries which can offset formal education requirements
Preferred:- Certifications such as CSM, SAFe, CSPO, or CBAP
