Full Job Description
We are seeking an Enterprise Innovation Analyst which is a strategic, enterprise-facing role responsible for supporting the design, execution, and continuous evolution of CCI Systems' Enterprise Innovation function. Working across business units, this position facilitates cross-functional collaboration, manages the innovation portfolio, coordinates pilot programs, supports executive communications, and translates business opportunities into measurable operational and strategic value. The role serves as a key partner to the VP, Head of Innovation & Emerging Technologies and collaborates closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, the Continuous Improvement organization, and external ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to identify innovation, automation, AI, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate enterprise innovation intake, opportunity assessment, prioritization, and governance.
  • Coordinate enterprise proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives from intake through value realization.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, dashboards, ROI analyses, and portfolio reports.
  • Maintain the Enterprise Innovation roadmap, operating framework, and SharePoint knowledge hub.
  • Support Copilot adoption, innovation communications, and organizational capability initiatives.
  • Research emerging technologies, market trends, telecom adjacencies, AI, energy convergence, and data center opportunities.
  • Coordinate vendor evaluations, workshops, and ecosystem relationships.
  • Partner closely with the Continuous Improvement Analyst to transition initiatives into execution.
  • Track KPIs, benefits realization, adoption metrics, and innovation portfolio performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline is required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in innovation, strategy, PMO, business analysis, continuous improvement, consulting, or transformation is required.
  • Experience within Telecommunications, digital infrastructure, engineering services, utilities, or adjacent industry experience preferred.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, GIS, workflow optimization, or innovation management is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Proofs of Concept (POCs), innovation portfolios, technology evaluations, or strategic partnerships is preferred.
  • Experience building dashboards, ROI models, and executive reporting is preferred.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management, user adoption strategies, stakeholder engagement, training, and communication initiatives related to technology transformation and innovation programs.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, Agile, or PMP methodologies preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple business functions.
  • Ability to embrace CCI values and leadership behaviors.


Shift is Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Must have ability to work outside normal business hours as required.

Additional Information
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Travel approximately 20-30% based on business needs, conferences, customer engagements, and collaboration sessions.
