Job Summary

The Enterprise GTM Process Excellence Manager is responsible for assessing, identifying obstacles, building in quality and continuously improving the end-to-end Enterprise Go-To-Market process. This role serves as the process matter expert, partnering cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies, drive alignment, and implement scalable process improvements. The role translates insights from Quality and transformation workstreams into actionable changes, ensuring the EGTM process is efficient, standardized, and consistently executed across the enterprise. The role owns the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of the EGTM Process.

Associate Responsibilities
  • Own EGTM process optimization and standards by leading end to end mapping (SIPOC), identify root causes of inefficiencies and redesign workflows to reduce waste, unevenness, overburden and cross-functional gaps.
  • Integrate opportunities identified through Quality workstreams into EGTM Blueprint.
  • Establish and maintain standardized process framework with quality built in (adding prevention, error-proofing, and detection into standard operating procedures and process maps).
  • Turn performance insights into structural change by partnering with EGTM Analyst to ensure KPI results directly inform process improvements and priorities.
  • Lead continuous improvement roadmap with governance alignment by supporting prioritization and roadmap process improvements based on enterprise impact.
  • Partner with EGTM Governance Board to incorporate input, risks, and decision criteria into changes to ensure disciplined enterprise alignment.
  • Drive alignment of repeatable, scalable process improvements across teams.
  • Lead rollout of process changes, including communication, training, and adoption tracking into GTM moments, reinforcing new ways of working to ensure sustained adoption across teams.
  • Document and maintain standardized process frameworks, tools, and visual workflows, located on the centralized GTM Hub.
  • Conduct after action reviews to gain visibility to opportunities for future seasons.

Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business, apparel and textiles, or related experience; or equivalent years of related experience in lieu of degree.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in process improvement, operations, program management, or like roles inclusive of the following:
    • 2 years of demonstrated experience leading projects or influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments within retail, apparel, or consumer goods
  • Microsoft SharePoint experience is preferred
  • Strong process mapping and systems thinking capabilities
  • Proven ability to diagnose problems and lead structured problem-solving
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy to support process change analysis
  • Strong communication skills, ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable insights
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills across senior leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Normal office environment; cubicle/row setting. Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer is required.
  • This position has a Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.
