You'll work closely with business, technology, risk, and change teams to strengthen day-to-day delivery practices and support ongoing efforts like Reimagine the Bank. This is a hands-on role focused on improving how teams operate and how leaders understand delivery progress-not owning large-scale transformation, but helping it run more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Support Agile Delivery Practices & Operating Model
  • Help reinforce Agile ways of working across teams
  • Contribute to improving standards, tools, and delivery consistency
  • Support teams in applying practical Agile practices that improve predictability and outcomes

Improve Delivery Metrics & OKRs
  • Assist in defining and standardizing OKRs and delivery metrics
  • Help shift reporting toward outcomes and progress vs. activity tracking
  • Support alignment between strategy, priorities, and reporting

Enhance Governance & Reporting
  • Help improve governance routines across strategic, regulatory, and BAU work
  • Support consistent reporting on priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery health
  • Contribute to simplifying and standardizing reporting across teams

Support Enterprise Change Reporting (ECM)
  • Partner with ECM and delivery teams to improve how change is tracked and reported
  • Help refine how delivery risk, impact, and change volume are measured
  • Ensure reporting supports clear decision-making

Deliver Clear, Actionable Insights
  • Turn delivery and governance data into simple, clear summaries
  • Support leadership updates, QBRs, and governance forums
  • Focus on reducing noise and improving clarity in reporting

Collaboration & Partnership
  • Work across teams to gather input, align approaches, and share best practices
  • Build relationships with business, tech, and risk partners
  • Contribute ideas to improve delivery maturity over time

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in delivery, Agile, governance, or change support roles
  • Exposure to Agile teams or program delivery environments
  • Experience supporting reporting, metrics, or governance routines
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex information
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

To thrive as a colleague at Citizens, candidates must demonstrate a strong customer-centric mindset, exhibit persistence and resilience in the face of challenges, and embrace continuous learning to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
