What You'll DoAs a Coach focused on transformative change, your role is to inspire teams, leaders, and senior leaders to improve how they solve hard problems in ways that benefit our customers and work for our business. You'll be part of a global community passionate about developing extraordinary technology solutions to help people live their best lives.
You'll have the opportunity to:- Coach leaders on how to shift leadership styles and accountability that align with healthy agile, product management and organizational agility. Help them create an environment where people can do their best work measured by and accountable to outcomes, not outputs
- Coach cross-functional teams and leaders on agile, scrum, lean, and product techniques and frameworks that are fit for purpose and work cohesively together, and on where AI belongs in that work and where a person's judgment has to carry it
- Collaborate with coaches, leadership, and product teams across multiple functions and disciplines to change the way we work and deliver solutions our customers and users
- Study how work actually moves through a value stream, and enable leaders and teams to improve what they build, how they build it, and where AI would change how a person, a team, or an org gets work done. Sometimes the finding is that the workflow needs fixing before any AI belongs in it
- Pair with colleagues to curate and lead coaching engagements that are responsive and in keeping with our vision of the future, driven by shared goals with our internal clients, coaching plans, and measurement
- Coach people through the discomfort of changing how they work. Embracing AI asks people to drop habits they're good at and trust output they didn't produce, and that lands as an emotional shift as much as an intellectual one
- Experiment in the open and craft AI workflows and techniques that other coaches and teams can learn from and reuse. Much of this work has no playbook yet and you'd be helping write it
