Position Summary


This position is responsible for defining and maintaining the organization’s overall architecture framework, ensuring that technology strategy aligns with business objectives. This role provides strategic guidance for technology investments, promotes architectural coherence across systems and processes, and drives innovation through enterprise-level design principles. The Enterprise Architect must have a holistic view of the organization’s technology landscape and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, aligning IT strategy with business goals and defining roadmaps to guide architectural evolution
  • Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure compliance with architecture standards, principles, and best practices
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and innovation, evaluating emerging technologies and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture
  • Ensure cohesive integration of systems and technologies across the enterprise by collaborating with architects and addressing technical debt and alignment challenges
  • Assess current-state architectures to identify gaps and opportunities and define target-state solutions with actionable transition plans for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to shape architectural strategy, provide guidance to teams, and influence technology decisions across the organization

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s Degree preferred
  • 7-10 years’ relevant experience as an Enterprise or Domain Architect required
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SAP EA, Zachman, etc.).
  • Experience with enterprise architecture management tools (e.g., LeanIX, Ardoq, MEGA etc.).
  • Experience with leading digital transformation initiatives, cloud transformation, cloud computing, etc.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., SAP EA, AWS, Azure) preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
