Rate: $40/hr - $50/hr
We are seeking an Enterprise Application Support Analyst to provide support for critical business applications, with a primary focus on our ERP environment. This role will work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and ensure our applications effectively support the business.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for the ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Partner with business users to understand issues, requirements, and opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate application problems, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, integrations, and implementations.
- Manage application incidents, service requests, documentation, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
- Hands-on ERP application support experience is required.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience with application testing, troubleshooting, and vendor support.

- Experience with Power BI, Coupa, MES, or PLM.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, system integrations, or APIs.
- Familiarity with supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, quality, or finance processes.
