JOB DESCRIPTION:

THE OPPORTUNITY

This position is a remote opportunity in the Lingo Division. Lingo is a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare.

The primary function of the Enterprise Account Manager is to unlock the next tier of growth for the HCP sales channel at Lingo by developing strategic healthcare partnerships with large enterprise accounts and ecosystem partners such as health systems, national diabetes prevention programs, national nutrition and functional medicine networks, clinical education providers, employer wellness programs, national distributors and channel opportunities.

The Enterprise Account Manager will drive sales in these strategic accounts through consultative selling at the C-suite level, facilitating team pull through strategies and creating innovative solutions. They will interface with key account executives and key clinical stakeholders to secure favorable agreements to incorporate Lingo into their systems.  This is a field based remote opportunity.

What You’ll Work On

  • Identify, target, and develop national enterprise accounts including current Lingo targets such as national diabetes prevention programs, employer wellness programs, national distributor networks, clinical education providers, channel partnerships and alternative medicine practice groups.

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery through commercial agreement, delivering scalable Lingo adoption pathways within enterprise organizations.
  • Negotiate enterprise contracts, volume agreements, and strategic HCP partnerships in alignment with Lingo commercial and compliance requirements.
  • Initiate contact with and maintain relationships with the C-Suite and key clinical stakeholders.
  • Build and leverage relationships with key decision makers within targeted accounts to maintain, grow and gain business.
  • Build and manage a structured enterprise pipeline from prospecting through account management, reporting regularly to the Head of HCP Sales on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
  • Conduct market analysis and leverage business intelligence reporting to identify high-potential enterprise segments and prioritize account targeting based on population health impact, commercial fit, and clinical alignment with Lingo’s value proposition.
  • Represent Lingo at national conferences, industry events, and key opinion leader forums to build brand presence and generate enterprise pipeline.
