Full Job Description
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our North America RMC Solutions team, reporting to the Manager, Alliance Partnerships and RMC Sales. The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships and driving revenue with Tier 1 national and large regional operators. This role owns a named enterprise patch: landing new logos and expanding our footprint inside existing producer accounts, in equal measure. Simply put, we're looking for someone who can open the door at a national producer and then grow it plant by plant, region by region. We are looking for someone who communicates well, motivates stakeholders, and loves to solve challenges. Our products - SmartMix™ AI mix optimization and MixPilot™ in-transit slump sensing, both powered by Roxi, Giatec's AI engine trained on 300K+ mix designs - change how producers run quality control, so you'll be selling to QC, operations, dispatch, and the C-suite in the same deal. What You'll Get: • A welcoming, people first team built to disrupt the market • The opportunity to drastically improve your skills and experience • A chance to get your hands on some game-changing products • Helping producers pour better concrete across North America Perks and Benefits: • Competitive company-paid benefits plan • Generous professional development budget • Volunteer and Life Days that make work/life balance easier to achieve • Your birthday off because we want you to celebrate • RRSP matching program RESPONSIBILITIES: • Understanding our products and communicating the value to ready-mix producers. • Identifying the quality-control, operational, and sustainability challenges facing producers and the broader concrete market. • Maintaining a healthy pipeline through prospecting, up-selling and cross-selling across a named enterprise account list. • Running MixPilot trials from scope through results review, and converting successful trials into fleet-wide deployments. • Negotiating conditions and contractual terms on multi-site, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements. • Landing new enterprise logos and expanding revenue within existing producer accounts. • Developing in-depth knowledge of each producer's business priorities, plant network, and initiatives that can be translated into opportunities for us to win their business. • Carrying out presentations and product demos to technical and executive stakeholders. • Transferring knowledge and wins across accounts and regional markets. • Following up on inbound inquiries, partner referrals, and requests for quotes. • Visiting prospects/customers and attending trade shows (NRMCA ConcreteWorks, World of Concrete, Canadian Concrete Expo, and our RMC Technology Summit). REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • A proven track record of closing new enterprise logos and growing revenue in existing accounts • 4+ years of combined experience which can include any of the following: enterprise or SME sales, business development, ready-mix concrete production, concrete materials/QC, admixtures, or construction technology • Comfort managing long, complex sales cycles (12+ months) with multiple stakeholders and executive sponsors • Ability to travel within Canada and USA when necessary. • Ability to thrive in environments where change is constant, fast-paced, and often with strict deadlines. • "Growth hacker" or creative, results-oriented mindset with the ability to get stuff done. • Honest, caring, and candid communication style to all internal and external stakeholders. • Humility, a willingness to share the credit and receive / consider new ideas from others. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Strong business acumen ideally with comprehensive industry knowledge in ready-mix concrete, concrete materials, or construction technology. • Experience with our tech stack (or similar): Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Dodge, and MS Office among others.
