Primary Responsibilities Responsible for planning, organizing, securing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of goals and objectives for the Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC) Inc 2 program. Duties include ensuring that the engineering team runs within technical scope, schedule, and budget constraints. This role interfaces with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel. The role supports the Program Manager and Chief Engineer to match scope, schedule, budget, and resources for multiple phases of the IFPC portfolio.
Basic Qualifications- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Information Systems or from an ABET-accredited institution and 8+ years of experience, or a Master's with 6+ years of experience.

- Works closely with multi-disciplinary teams
- Candidate must have demonstrated experience effectively communicating within a team environment
- Candidates must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL area
Preferred Qualifications- MBA preferred
- Previous program management experience
- CAM Experience
- Ability to tie proposed BOEs to required skills for execution

Pay Range:Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
