Overview

This evergreen (pipeline) posting is intended to identify candidates whose skills and experience may align with upcoming engineering and technical delivery openings, even if a specific position is not currently available. These opportunities may support customers across a variety of environments and areas of specialization, including Workplace Systems, Broadcast Media, Sports Media & Entertainment, Faith & Performance, and Critical Infrastructure.

While our engineers work virtually on a day-to-day basis, periodic travel to project sites is required. Our teams are organized by region; specific opportunities will have a designated region which the candidate will be required to reside in or be willing to relocate to.

What You'll Do
  • Design and develop integrated technology solutions
  • Support projects through the full lifecycle from concept to implementation
  • Collaborate with clients, project teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop engineering documentation and system designs
  • Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and/or implementation activities
  • Provide technical expertise across audio, video, broadcast, control, and networking technologies

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in design engineering, systems integration, commissioning, solutions architecture, or related technical fields
  • Knowledge of audio, video, broadcast, control, and/or networking technologies
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related engineering tools
  • Industry certifications such as AVIXA CTS/CTS-D or manufacturer certifications
  • Exposure to integrated AV, broadcast, media, or infrastructure solutions


Work Environment

Varies by role; may include regional customer support, travel to customer sites, and virtual or in-person collaboration.
