Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years engineering experience in investment casting.
• Proven analytical, problem solving, and process improvement ability.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering team assignments and ensure efficient execution.
• Design new products and modify existing designs to improve production techniques.
• Provide technical support to production departments on new concepts and manufacturing goals.
• Select, train, and supervise engineering staff for personal and professional growth.
• Engage with co-op and development programs to build future engineering talent.
• Establish and track the annual operating budget in collaboration with finance.
• Conduct monthly forecasting and capacity reviews to ensure project alignment.
