Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance, repair, and improvement of The Brook's facilities and grounds. In this role, you'll oversee engineering operations, capital projects, preventive maintenance programs, and a skilled team committed to keeping our property safe, efficient, and guest-ready.

What You'll Do- Lead and develop the Engineering and Grounds teams
- Oversee maintenance of building systems, equipment, and property grounds
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and daily work orders
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital improvement projects
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Manage department budgets, scheduling, inventory, and purchasing
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
- Support facility operations, events, and emergency response efforts
What We're Looking For- 7+ years of facilities, engineering, construction, or commercial maintenance experience
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Experience managing teams, projects, budgets, and contractors
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to obtain a NH Primary Game Operator License (company sponsored)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
