We are seeking an experienced
Engineering Managerto lead a multidisciplinary team spanning engineering, product development, design, project management, and site supervision.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys connectingengineering and design with manufacturing and construction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day activities of the Engineering, Product Development, Design, and Project Delivery functions.
- Lead, coach, and support multidisciplinary teams across structural engineering, product development, design, project management, and site supervision.
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with company and client objectives.
- Drive collaboration between engineering, digital design, project management, manufacturing, and construction teams.
- Develop and improve processes, standards, and workflows to enhance project delivery, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate resource planning, workload distribution, project priorities, and team capacity.
- Monitor team performance metrics and project KPIs.
- Support departmental budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and resource planning.
- Work closely with Project Managers to monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain schedules and budgets.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and practical solutions for complex project challenges.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and effectively executed.
- Support Sales with technical input, project execution expertise, and customer-focused solutions.
- Represent the company's engineering, design, and project delivery capabilities in client and industry meetings as required.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience- 7+ years of experiencein engineering, construction, architecture, building materials/products, project delivery, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex project execution.
- Strong knowledge ofbuilding systems, construction methods, building materials, and sustainable construction practices.
- Strong understanding ofCanadian and U.S. building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working across engineering, design, project management, manufacturing, and/or site teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while balancing schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to get into the details, solve problems, remove roadblocks, and support team members.
- Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with digital design and BIM workflows, includingAutodesk Revit and/or Inventor, is an asset.
- P.Eng. designation, architectural/design experience, or significant construction experience is preferred.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.

Compensation & Location- Salary: $120,000+, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Full-time position based inSquamish, BC.
- Candidates must be in Canada andlegally entitled to work in Canada without requiring employer-sponsored visa support.
- Relocation assistance is not available; candidates should be prepared to relocate independently if they are not currently based in the Squamish area.
