Responsibilities

  • Ensure all engineering deliverables meet federal quality standards and technical implementation requirements for NIST 800-53.

  • Domain-Specific:AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
  • Architecture/Management:PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Technical Skills

  • Project Management: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project.
  • Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevSecOps.
  • Development: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Cloud: Understanding of AWS GovCloud or Azure Government management.

Regulatory & Domain Expertise

  • Demonstrated expertise in applying FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 compliance standards to delivery.
  • Technical implementation of security-driven development (SDLC) practices.
  • Knowledge of the federal procurement process and technical proposal development.

Clearance Requirement

  • Active security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) or eligibility to obtain one.
